» No student who has been absent on the previous day will be allowed to attend class unless his/her parents have entered an explanation stating the reason for the absence in the Almanac. Students absenting themselves without prior intimation will be fined Rs. 50 per day.

» In case of absence of more than two days on medical grounds, medical certificate and prescription should be attached along with the application.

» Half-day leave is not granted except in case of an emergency.

» A student who absent himself/herself for consecutive ten days from the school without a leave sanctioned by the Principal, is liable to get his/her name struck off the rolls of the school. Re-admission may only be entirely on the discretion of the Principal and only after payment of a re-admission fee.

» 90% attendance is compulsory for a student to make him/her eligible for the final examination.
